Delete account
You can request permanent account deletion from your profile after signing in. This page explains what happens before you continue.
Before you delete your account
- Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
- Your profile access and saved account information will be removed.
- You may lose access to order history, eSIM details, and support context tied to this account.
How to delete your account
Sign in, open Profile, choose Account actions, then select Delete account. The final confirmation and deletion action are handled on the Profile page.
